• Color Test
• Therapeutic drug monitoring
• Other genetic and specialized testing

New to MedLab? Fill out this form and send it to us by e-mail at DynacareGenetics@dynacare.ca or by fax to 450.663.4428.
 
For added convenience, we can also create a group account for your organization with one designated user who can access multiple physicians’ results.
 
Please note, registration is for healthcare providers and corporate clients only. A unique e-mail address is required for each account.
