Dynacare named one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for eighth consecutive year

Brampton, Ontario (December 8, 2015) – Dynacare has been named, for the eighth
consecutive year, as one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers by Mediacorp Canada, Inc.

Held annually, the Greater Toronto’s Top Employers competition is designed to highlight
GTA employers who offer an outstanding workplace. The winners were selected from among
the many workplaces who submitted an application to this year’s national competition.
Employers were evaluated based on a number of factors, including physical workplace,
atmosphere, communication, performance management, training and skills development
and community involvement.
Dynacare was recognized for encouraging employees to develop their skills through inhouse/
online training programs, a robust Corporate Giving program, employee-led social
committee initiatives, and post-secondary scholarship & sports sponsorships programs for
employees’ children. The judges also noted that Dynacare provides flexible scheduling
through compressed work weeks and job sharing.

edition of The Globe and Mail.
