Dynacare Acquires Hooper-Holmes Canada Ltd.

Brampton, ON: Dynacare announced today that it has acquired Hooper-Holmes Canada Ltd. (Hooper-Holmes), one of Canada’s largest independent paramedical service providers to the life insurance industry. Hooper-Holmes will become part of Dynacare Insurance Solutions, which is the only Canadian company that offers a complete end-to-end solution designed specifically for the risk assessment needs of life insurance companies and insurance advisors.

Hooper-Holmes is a pioneer and leader of tele-underwriting for the Canadian life insurance industry, with a reputation for reliability, quality, and service excellence. For more than 45 years, Hooper-Holmes has provided paramedical exams and related services, medical examinations, inspections, Attending Physician's Statements, collection services, and an array of Tele-Interview services across Canada, helping insurance underwriters properly assess applications for insurance as well as make fair and sound business decisions.
