Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA): New test platform and introduction of reflex testing to anti-MPO and anti-PR3 – Ontario Only
At Dynacare, our vision is to be Canada’s health and wellness solutions leader. As part of our efforts to enhance testing and improve patient care, on March 8, 2021, Dynacare will introduce an automated, state-of-the-art indirect immunofluorescence platform for anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) testing. Concurrent with this change, Dynacare will automatically reflex positive ANCA tests to anti-Myeloperoxidase (MPO) and anti-Proteinase 3 (PR3) performed by multiplex immunoassay.
