What to expect
Arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Your spot will be held for your estimated window, so please be on time. When you arrive, let the front desk know you're here.
After check-in, you're free to wait wherever you're most comfortable. You don't need to stay in the waiting room, feel free to wait outside or in your car until it's your turn.
You'll receive a notification 10 minutes before we're ready for you. Once in the waiting area, you can also track your place in line on our TV monitor.
Running late? Spots are held for 30 minutes from your join time, or up to 15 minutes past a booked appointment. If you miss your window, simply use the link in your notification to get back in line or reschedule.

You will be taken to a unique status page where you can manage your visit and receive real-time updates.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation text and a notification when it is almost your turn.
Once you’ve located the message, you can recover it (as long as it hasn’t been deleted) by selecting it and choosing “Not Spam” or moving it back to your main inbox. Steps may vary slightly depending on your device and messaging app.
