How can I access Dynacare MyTurn?

You can join the line through the Dynacare website by clicking the link provided above. This will open a map showing nearby Dynacare locations so you can choose the most convenient option.

Dynacare MyTurn lets you join the line remotely before arriving at your selected location. This helps reduce wait times and allows you to track your place in line in real time.

To get started:

  1. Find your preferred location on the map.
  2. Click Join Queue from the location details or directly on the map pin.
  3. Complete the form with your personal information, including your name, phone number, email address, and service type.
  4. After joining, you will be directed to a personal status page where you can track your position in line and view your estimated wait time.

What do I do next after Joining the Line remotely?

After joining the line through Dynacare MyTurn, you will be taken to a unique status page where you can manage your visit and receive real-time updates during your wait.

What to expect:

  • You will receive a confirmation text message letting you know you are in line and reminding you to confirm your arrival at the location.
  • Your status page will display your estimated wait time and your position in the queue, which updates in real time.
  • You will receive text message notifications as your turn approaches, including notifications when you have confirmed your arrival and when staff are ready to serve you.
  • When it is your turn, you will receive a Ready to Serve notification on your status page.
  • Once notified, please proceed to the front desk to be served.
  • You can view all messages and updates by selecting the Messages tab on your status page. You also have the option to leave the queue or request more time if needed.

Why aren't any locations near me visible on the map?

If you don't see locations near you, your device may not be sharing your current location. Make sure Location Services are enabled on your phone or browser, and allow the Dynacare online tool to access your location while you're using it. Once location access is turned on, nearby Dynacare sites will appear automatically on the map.

Why am I not receiving text messages?

Please ensure you entered the correct mobile phone number when joining the queue and that you opted in to receive SMS notifications. If you are still not receiving messages, confirm your phone can receive messages from short codes and check that you have not blocked messages from Dynacare.

Will I receive notifications after joining the line?

Yes, you will receive multiple notifications throughout your visit to keep you informed.

After joining the line remotely:

You will receive a confirmation text message letting you know you are in line. Once you register at the front desk at the location, you will receive another notification confirming your arrival.

During your wait:

Your status page will show real-time updates to your position in the queue and estimated wait time. You will also receive text notifications as your turn approaches. When it is almost your turn, you will receive a notification on both your status page and via text message.

You do not need Dynacare MyTurn to receive service. Most Dynacare locations continue to accept walk-in patients.

However, without using MyTurn, you may experience longer wait times since you will join the line only upon arrival. You will also not have access to real-time updates or estimated wait times and will need to wait in the waiting area until called.

What do the colours on the Dynacare MyTurn map represent?

  • Green indicates the location is open and accepting patients.
  • Red indicates the location is currently closed.

Can I book an appointment with Dynacare MyTurn?

Yes, Dynacare MyTurn allows you to book appointments at participating locations. In addition to joining the line remotely, MyTurn offers an integrated appointment booking system that lets you reserve a specific time slot.

Booking an appointment can help reduce your wait time, and you will receive an automatic reminder 24 hours in advance to help ensure you do not miss your visit.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Your confirmation email will have instructions and direct links to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations are permitted up until the time of your scheduled appointment.

There are a few reasons why someone may be served before you. Customers with pre-booked appointments are prioritized to ensure they are seen at their scheduled time. Customers who joined the line remotely before you arrived may also be ahead of you, even if they arrive later, because they secured their spot earlier.
