Some laboratory tests require customers to remove their masks and be in close proximity to Dynacare employees for an extended period of time during collection of the sample.
Due to higher positivity rates of COVID-19 and higher incidence and greater transmissibility of Variants of Concern, Dynacare is making changes in order to reduce the risk of spread of disease.
Effective immediately, Dynacare will temporarily suspend the collection of breath samples at Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centres in Ontario for the Helicobacter Pylori (H. pylori) Urea Breath Test.
Please discuss alternative tests with your healthcare provider.
Dynacare will continue to monitor the situation and resume breath collections at our Laboratory and Health Services Centres when appropriate.
