Important Update re. Postal Service Disruption

Effective September 25th, there is an active postal service disruption. For clients who are set up to only receive paper results by mail, please take immediate action to convert to an alternate electronic form of result report delivery.

During this time, all critical results will follow our existing processes and will be phoned or faxed.

If you are looking for a result, you may access it in the following ways:

Clinical Clients:

  1. Online

    1. Dynacare eResults Portal or EMR result delivery - Clients are encouraged to register to receive results through the Dynacare eResults web-based portal or through a number of third party EMR providers. Signing up is easy - Click Here for more details.

    2. Access through provincial systems

      • Ontario

        You may obtain your results online using OLIS, through the Government of Ontario ONE Health portal.

        For 24/7 support and services related to OLIS, please contact the OLIS Service Centre at either 866.250.1554 or servicedesk@ehealthontario.on.ca.

      • Manitoba

        You may obtain most Dynacare results online using eChart Manitoba, Shared Health Manitoba. For more information on eChart Manitoba, please Click Here or call 855.203.4528.

        If results are not on eChart please call Dynacare Customer Care MB 800.565.5721 x 2.

      • British Columbia

        Results will continue to be available through Excelleris to Healthcare Providers EMR, AutoFax and PLIS.

  2. Auto Faxing

    If you are unable to use one of the electronic options above, Dynacare can set you up on auto faxing. To sign up for auto faxing, please call our Customer Care Team at 800.565.5721.

If you are set up to receive laboratory results both electronically (via EMR or online portal) and by mail, you will not receive results by mail. You will continue to receive results electronically.

Dynacare patients/customers:

In most cases, critical or abnormal results are faxed or phoned in to physicians by our team. Many physicians will receive results electronically, and we are working to help transition those still requiring mail to paperless delivery. In Ontario and Quebec, test results can also be accessed via Dynacare Plus.

Going forward, it is imperative that you contact us to convert to an electronic report to avoid delays.
