COVID-19 Healthcare Provider Update

In recent weeks, we have all witnessed the unprecedented effects of COVID-19. Through these challenging times, Dynacare is committed to doing our part to support the health of the people and communities we serve.

Dynacare is participating in the Quebec program for COVID-19 Laboratory Testing

Dynacare is proud to share that we commenced COVID-19 testing on April 16th, 2020 in our Laval Laboratory. We are contributing to the provincial effort and are proud to support the Laboratoire de Santé Public du Québec (LSPQ) in its mandate to expand their capacity of COVID-19 testing in the province. At this time, only samples from the LSPQ are being analysed in our Laval Laboratory.

Revised Hours and Service Updates

Our Laboratory and Health Services Centres remain open for your important test needs. For the health and safety of our customers, staff, and the community, we have implemented reduced hours or have temporarily closed some of our locations. These service changes allow us to ensure essential service quality, maintain physical distancing parameters, and moderate the use of our valuable personal protective equipment (PPE).

If your patients require laboratory testing at this time, we ask that they visit Dynacare.ca/Find-a-Location for the most up-to-date location information, including hours. Also, they can use our Dynacare - Net Check In tool to check in online, view their wait time, or even wait in their vehicle until it is their turn for collection.
