With our Order Management System, you quickly create a password-protected account. Guided by system prompts, you enter order details for the applicant, insurance type and company, the advisor and agency. The system helps to populate required items, and help is one click away. Options include:
- Applicant’s appointment availabilities
- Text message and email appointment confirmations and reminders
- Duplicate some order information for multiple orders at the same address.
On receiving your order, a Dynacare Customer Care Representative will identify an available Health Professional and contact the applicant to arrange an appointment at a convenient time and place. The Health Professional collects the necessary samples and applicant information. These are sealed and sent to our laboratory for processing. Results are generally reported to insurance carriers via electronic transmission within 48 hours or less.
Many carriers now take advantage of ePara, our exclusive electronic medical evidence collection system. With ePara, Health Professionals enter and submit applicant information using a laptop computer for faster, more accurate data collection and policy processing.
