Symptoms of COVID-19 can include fever, new or worsening chronic cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, difficulty swallowing, decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell, chills, headache, unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscle aches, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea/abdominal pain, pink eye, or runny nose/nasal congestion without other known cause. If you think you may have an infection, call your local Public Health Unit to be referred to the right resource.

Important: Before booking, verify the test(s) required by the countries you are visiting, as you are solely responsible for determining testing requirements for your journey. If you are booking on behalf of another traveler, ensure you have obtained their express consent, or have the requisite authority at law, to act on their behalf, including to receive their COVID-19 test result.
Re-Scheduling Policy: Rescheduling is permitted 24 + hours in advance of the appointment. Appointments within 24 hours may not be re-scheduled.

2. Prepare for Your Test
Please download, print, and sign your consent form. For minors (children), please complete the consent form for minors.
Please read your email confirmation carefully for preparation instructions. Failure to prepare for your collection may require our staff to turn you away at the time of collection.
3. Provide Sample(s)
Visit the location where you have booked your appointment for sample collection.
4. Get Your Results
Receive your results through the booking portal within 24-36 hours of testing. You will receive an email when your results have been uploaded.
