Symptoms of COVID-19 can include fever, new or worsening chronic cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, difficulty swallowing, decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell, chills, headache, unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscle aches, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea/abdominal pain, pink eye, or runny nose/nasal congestion without other known cause. If you think you may have an infection, call your local Public Health Unit to be referred to the right resource.

How to Book your Traveller COVID-19 PCR or Serology Test

1. Book Your Appointment

Before booking, verify the test(s) required by the countries you are visiting. Book an appointment at one of the following locations by clicking below:

*Please note the scheduling tool is only available in French.

If you are unable to find a suitable appointment for your travel requirements, traveler testing is also available through Dynacare partners (including: Clinique de l’église, Lizotte, Nela Santé, Securimed, and Clinique 360).

*Pricing for these services through partners is not set by Dynacare. Dynacare promotional pricing will not be applicable.

2. Prepare for Your Test

  • For a Serology test, obtain a requisition signed by your doctor.
  • For a PCR test, you do NOT need a requisition.
  • For each test: download, print, and sign your patient consent form. Please be sure that you have read your email confirmation carefully for preparation instructions. Failure to prepare for your collection may require our staff to turn you away at the time of collection.

3. Provide Sample(s)

Visit the location where you have booked your appointment for sample collection. If you are a Quebec resident, bring your identification and RAMQ card.

4. Get Your Results on Dynacare Plus

Your Dynacare Plus membership is complementary with the purchase of any COVID-19 Traveler test option.
