Vito Ciciretto

Chief Executive Officer

Vito joined Dynacare as Vice-President, Laboratory Operations and Customer Service in 2009 with extensive experience in general management, finance and operations. He was later named Vice-President, Operations in 2012 and appointed as CEO in April 2019. Vito started his career with Boeing Aerospace, and later moved on to spend the next chapter of his career at Allied Signal and Honeywell Aerospace in progressive operational and service roles, including Executive Program Director, General Manager and Controller. He went on to become Chief Operating Officer at Algonquin Power Income Fund – a publicly traded power and infrastructure company.

Prior to joining Dynacare, Vito co-founded the TVN Group, a private investment firm. He graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Business Management degree and went on to complete his MBA at York University. Vito holds Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant and Program Management Professional (PMP) designations.

Chief Information Officer / Vice-President, Information Technology Solutions and Services

Arun joined Dynacare in 2012 as Managing Director, Digital Solutions and Integration Services, and was appointed to his current role in March 2019. Prior to this, he held the position of Director, Application and Technology Services at LifeLabs, as well as several IT roles at Nightingale Informatix (now Telus), Manulife Financial and the Ministry of Community and Social Services. Arun holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from Seneca College, as well as certificates from York University – Schulich School of Business.

Vice-President, Legal and Chief Privacy Officer

Brad joined Dynacare in 2007 and was appointed to his current position in 2008 bringing with him extensive experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance and litigation roles across several industries. He was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2002 and began his legal career in private practice at a large boutique law firm in Toronto. Prior to joining Dynacare, Brad served as corporate counsel to Telus Communications, Royal Group Technologies Ltd. and Zurich Insurance Company. In addition to a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, Brad also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Windsor.

Brendon Lalonde

Vice-President, Business Development, Client Services & Solutions

Brendon joined Dynacare in 2011 as Sales Director, Toxicology and Occupational Health, and since that time has taken on a number of important roles within the organization. In November 2019 he was appointed to his current role as Vice-President, Business Development, Client Services & Solutions. Prior to joining Dynacare, Brendon held the role of Senior Forensic Toxicologist at the Ontario Centre of Forensic Sciences, was Project Leader of Global Healthcare Practice at the Boston Consulting Group, and went on to become the Director of Clinical Programs at Cancer Care Ontario. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School (UK), as well as a Master of Science (Pharmacology & Toxicology) and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queen’s University.

Gio Bazile

Vice-President, Head of Dynacare Insurance Solutions, & National Real Estate Facilities

Gio joined Dynacare in 2021 as Head of Dynacare Insurance Solutions. Prior to joining the organization, Gio had accumulated more than 17 years of leadership and executive experience across various financial services segments. In particular, he held progressive leadership roles within large scale global financial services companies such as Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and Sun Life Financial. Most recently, he held various executive roles at TD Bank Group prior to coming on board at Dynacare. Gio brings a diverse and extensive financial services background including operations management, client services, product management, banking & sales distribution across consumer lending, wealth and insurance segments. Gio holds a bachelor’s degree (BA) from Western University as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.

Dr. Jenisa Naidoo

Chief Scientific Officer

Jenisa joined Dynacare as Medical Director / Director of Operations in 2009, and was appointed to her current role in 2018. She has also served as the Program Director for Laboratory Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Manitoba for over 15 years.

Her medical expertise has also allowed her to help shape healthcare policy and advise on a number of provincial projects and initiatives as a medical advisor and provincial representative in Manitoba.

Jenisa holds a medical degree from the University of Natal Medical School, and completed a postgraduate pathology specialist fellowship with the College of Medicine in South Africa. She is also a certified blackbelt in Lean Six Sigma, and received the LabCorp Chairman’s Award in 2012 and Women of Distinction Manitoba nomination in 2014.

Vice-President, Government Relations

Sebastien joined Dynacare in 2020 as Vice-President, Government Relations. Prior to joining Dynacare, Sebastien developed a recognized expertise in government affairs, health policy and market access through opportunities with Fortune 500 organizations including Merck, Sanofi Genzyme, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Baxter International Inc. He holds a baccalaureate degree in Science (B.Sc.) from the Université du Québec à Montréal, an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Paris-Dauphine and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a specialization in Innovation and technology from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.

Tricia Burd

Head of Human Resources

Tricia Burd joined Dynacare as our Head of Human Resources, on January 6, 2025. Prior to joining Dynacare, Tricia served as the HR Director, Supply Chain at Royal Canin North America, where she led complex business transformations.  Prior to that she held progressive roles Heading the Human Resources function for multiple Mars businesses over a 17-year career with Mars where she successfully enhanced workforce planning and analytics, improved talent attraction and retention, and drove employee engagement initiatives. Tricia’s career also includes progressive HR leadership roles at PepsiCo Beverages Canada, where she further honed her expertise in people management and organizational development.

Mike joined Dynacare in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the organization, Mike held progressive roles with financial and operational leadership in various multi-national organizations, including Jarden Corporation, ThyssenKrupp Elevator and Electrolux Canada, after starting his career with Deloitte. Mike holds a CPA, CA designation as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University, Schulich School of Business.

Matthew Harris

Head of Logistics

Matthew joined Dynacare in 2025 with over 25 years of experience in the warehousing and logistics industry, Matthew has built a distinguished career in supply chain management. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Contract Logistics at Delmar International, where he oversaw warehousing operations across North America. His expertise extends deeply into healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution, having worked as a 3PL provider to many of the world’s top 20 pharmaceutical companies. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, he also holds the prestigious P.Log designation, further solidifying his leadership in the field.
